The Sagrada Familia - or the Basílica i Temple Expiatori de la Sagrada Família to give it its full title, is the Catalan modernist architect Gaudi's greatest work and an icon of Barcelona, Catalonia and Spain, famous around the world. Begun in 1882, this immense and intricate building is still under construction and is likely to be so for at least another 15 years.
