Refund policy
If you experience any problems or you are not satisfied with your order, please get in contact as soon as possible.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available to customers whose orders are either lost or damaged during transit. All lost or damaged orders will be replaced free of charge.
Refunds
If you wish to receive a full refund for your order, the following conditions apply:
- Please first contact me to request a refund.
- The print must be unopened or either lost or damaged in transit. Mike is unable to refund or exchange items that are damaged whilst in the customer's possession.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return delivery of unwanted items must be arranged and paid for by the customer.
Returning a print
Please send your item(s) in the original packaging with tracking to the following address:

You will receive a notification email to let you know once your refund has been processed. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).
