Shipping policy

All items are shipped from Valencia, Spain. The normal processing time for orders is 1-3 business days. Customers will be notified of any delays in processing or shipping an order.

Fast-track shipping is available on request. If you would like to enquire about fast-track shipping options, please get in contact.

All orders over £80, €100 or US$100 (or the equivalent in other currencies) qualify for free shipping.
