PRICING & TAXES

  • Why are your prices shown excluding VAT?
    I am based in Spain which is part of the European Union, and I am required to charge varying rates of VAT to different customers depending on their location. Therefore my store displays prices to all customers without VAT on the product pages, and calculates VAT as applicable at the checkout.

  • Do I need to pay VAT on a purchase from your store?
    If you are shipping to an address within the European Union, then yes; otherwise, generally no. Below is a table of rates that apply to orders according to the customer's location.

SHIPPING & IMPORTS

  • Which shipping service do you use?
    Packages are shipped using the Spanish national postal service Correos and are delivered by the national postal services in the destination countries (e.g. Royal Mail in the UK and USPS in the United States)*.

    * Some larger packages, usually containing A1 size prints, are shipped using FedEx or UPS to certain destinations.
  • Do you offer any shipping discounts?
    Yes, all orders over €100 (or the equivalent in other currencies) qualify for free shipping.

  • How long does it take to deliver a print?

  • Can I ship a print more quickly?
    Fast-track shipping to any destination worldwide is available on request. If you would like to enquire, please get in contact.

  • As you are shipping from Spain, does that mean I have to pay import duty?
    If you are shipping to the United Kingdom, import duties should only apply to shipments valued at £135 or more. This has been the case since the UK withdrew from the European Customs Union at the beginning of 2021. Import duties may apply to shipments to countries outside of Europe - please check your country’s rules on imports for more information.

  • Would my item be subject to customs checks?
    My packages are not currently subject to customs checks. Delays at international borders are always possible, though very rare. I always include the required information on the exterior of the packaging and so far I am not aware of any of my shipments being subjected to checks at customs.


MISCELLANEOUS

  • Is it possible to purchase your prints from somewhere in my country instead?
    If you are based in either Spain or the UK, then yes. You can save time and shipping costs by ordering from any of the stores listed on this page. Please note however that these stores only have a limited range and quantity of my prints in stock.

  • Is it possible to collect an order?
    Yes, if you're browsing in Spain, you'll have the option at checkout to collect your order from my home studio in Valencia. Once it's ready, you'll be notified with the pickup address.

  • Can I return a print if I’m not happy with it?
    Yes. Please visit this page for full details of my returns and refunds policy.

  • How can I frame my print?
    For the best framing results, I always recommend a professional framing service. However, all of my prints (with the exception of the Panorama of London prints) are designed to fit ready-made frames that are widely available at home furnishing stores such as IKEA or Habitat.   • Is it possible to personalise a print?
    Yes. I am always open to personalisation and customisation requests, for example additional locations, alternative colour schemes, or combinations of several designs together in one print. This service is free of charge for small customisations; an additional fee may be required for more time-consuming customisations. If you are interested, please get in contact.

  • I have an idea for a print design that you don’t yet have, could you create it for me?
    Yes, I am always open to new print ideas and, depending on how busy I am, would be pleased to create one to commission. If you are interested, please get in contact.

  • Can I purchase a digital copy of one of your designs?
    No, my designs are not available as digital copies for copyright protection reasons.
