Basilica de Nuestra Señora del Pilar, Zaragoza giclee print
La Catedral-Basilica de Nuestra Señora del Pilar (English: the Cathedral-Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar) at Zaragoza, located by the banks of the Ebro river, is thought to be one of the earliest churches dedicated to St. Mary, with various churches by this name having stood on this site since possibly the 1st century AD. The present Baroque building was built between 1681 and 1686, the four distinctive bell towers being added later in the 1720s.
