Mike's store remains open for orders as usual.
Customers are assured that Mike is taking great care to handle all his prints and packaging material safely and hygienically, maintaining clean hands and surfaces within his home studio.
All orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed. Customers will be notified if for any reason there is a delay in processing or dispatching an order.
Mike is based in Spain, therefore orders are securely dispatched with tracking using the Spanish state postal service, Correos. Faster delivery options with alternative carriers are also available at the checkout. All shipping charges cover the cost of shipping as well as packaging materials.
All orders worth €50 or more qualify for free shipping.

* Customers in the United States are advised that delays of up to 2-3 weeks have been reported in the USPS system lately and therefore it is recommended to select the fast-track shipping option at the checkout.

All estimated delivery times given are provided in good faith and are based on the assumption that deliveries are made within the time estimated by the carriers. Mike is unable to take responsibility for any delayed shipments.

Returns and refunds policy
Please get in contact if you are not satisfied with your order. The option of a refund or exchange will be made available, though Mike will not be responsible for any return shipping costs or returns lost in the mail.
Mike does not take responsibility for any delayed, damaged, lost or missing packages, though any lost or damaged orders will be replaced free of charge.
