Refunds & Returns
If you experience any problems or you are not satisfied with your order, please get in contact as soon as possible.
Exchanges are only available to customers whose orders are either lost or damaged during transit. All lost or damaged orders will be replaced free of charge.
Mike is unable to take responsibility for any lost or damaged shipments.
If you prefer a refund for your order, the following conditions apply:
- Please contact Mike first to request a refund.
- The print must be unopened or either lost or damaged during transit.
- Mike is unable to refund or exchange items that are damaged whilst in the customer's care.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return delivery of unwanted items must be arranged and paid for by the customer.
Returning a print
Please send your item(s) in the original packaging with tracking to the following address:

You will receive a notification email to let you know once your refund has been processed. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of return of the item(s).
