Which borough will win the WORLD CUP OF LONDON BOROUGHS?

All 32 boroughs of London have been entered into a mock 'world cup'-style knockout competition on Twitter whereby each 'match' is decided by a poll open to the public to vote for their favourite borough.

The first round of the tournament will involve eight groups each containing four boroughs. The two highest-placed boroughs in each group will then proceed to the second round and the knockout stage of the tournament, leading in turn to the quarter-finals, semi-finals and the final match on 30th November 2020.

At the end of the final, all entrants who correctly predicted the winner before the start of the tournament will be automatically entered into the PRIZE DRAW to win a free retro London Borough map print of their choice* on 1st December 2020. Three winners will be chosen at random and announced on the same day.

How can I enter?

However, to participate in the tournament and cast your vote for your favourite borough, follow Mike on Twitter at @thisismikehall or follow the hashtag #WorldCupOfLondonBoroughs.
